Fees

Cancellation Fee:                                          $25 (60+ Days – 100% of Deposit returned minus cancellation fee. 30 – 60 days – 50% of deposit returned minus cancellation fee. Less than 30 days – no deposit returned.)

Returned Check:                                            $35
Lost Mailbox Key:                                          $25
Application Fee:                                             $25/Per Person
Lock Site:                                                          $35
Deposit:                                                            25% of Total Reservation

Unless a lock site fee is paid, management reserves the right to shift reserved sites.
